- Maintain and take ownership of robust standard operating procedures
- Automate processes using new robotic technologies
- Have a high level of day to day interaction with colleagues at all levels
- Identify system problems and implement solutions with other teams
- Manage the processes with onshore Management
- Vendor Management with excellent communication skills
- Collaboration with 200+ external vendors and exchanges in processing requests and changes
- Work with MDS inventory, declaration and accounting teams to ensure accurate, high quality reporting and financial transparency
- Assist Contract Managers on new deals, renewals and updating the contracts database
- Oversee contract management minimum standards are met by vendors to ensure compliance and management of contract related risks
- Manage and develop our market data declarations
- Manage new requirements from internal customers and external exchanges and vendors
- Demand management of joiners, leavers and moves
