- To conduct financial due diligence & assist in secretarial due diligence when required.

- To assist in preparing opinion notes memos for acquisition / joint venture establishment.

- To advice on business structuring / reorganization.

- Documentation of the work.

- Should have some experience in Taxation, audit & advisory.

- Should be open to late sittings & travelling.
