Job Description:

1. In this position, you will be working in public portals and Job portals to identify the technology requirements posted by different IT Clients in USA.

2. This could include actively work in web sources to get the appropriate contacts / leads and their designation.

3. Responsible for the team to achieve the targets on daily & weekly basis.

4. Train the team for searching quality job description & bulk mailing.

5. Expertise in wide-range exploring / researching skills through web sources / websites.

6. Expertise in new Software technologies.

7. Should take initiative with team into business and help every team member to achieve their targets and appraise them for their growth.

8. 1 to 4 years of experience with any UG / PG, BE / ME & MBA degree with a computer science background is an added advantage.

9. Should have Strong English oral & written communication skill.

10. Hire skilled persons based on the business requirements.

11. Perfect to have an extraordinary skill in pay attention / understanding and grasping with challenging attitude.

12. Working knowledge in social media and other job portals is highly chosen.

13. Be duty-bound to work in US shift timing.
