Key Role & Responsibility:-
- Good experience in selling International Events is mandatory
- To handle and close delegate inquires for corporate events.
- Delegate Sales
- To research new leads and follow up existing leads.
- To minimize sales time by targeting effectively the correct clients and companies.
- Generating leads through cold calling and converting leads into Revenue.
- Dealing with SPOC of the company, HR Head, Training Head, CXO's & project head and selling aurelius Conference /Training services.
- Understanding the client's requirement and purpose the best solution as per their need.
- Revenue maximization by cross selling and up selling with the existing accounts, identify lucrative revenue streams for quest of better margins and top line.
- To work within a team environment towards team goals.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Trainer and other departments as per need.
- Achieving monthly/weekly targets.
Required Skills:
- Good experience in selling International Events is mandatory
- Sales Attitude and aptitude
- Good communication skills verbal and written.
- Keen eye for details and fast response time or TAT for business needs and requirements (day to day work), which implies working as per business needs.
- Keen to enhance business across different industries and accounts.
- Should have experience in handling B2B clients.
Salary offered: 4-10LPA
