Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with internal teams including HRBP, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and exit teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Act as a central point of contact for HR-related follow-ups and reminders to the internal team.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends using Excel and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup).
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the entire HR Team.
