Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
Job Functions :
- Work closely with recruitment regarding local events, candidate interviews, and hiring manager relations
- Proactively respond to employee questions regarding but not limited to the following: benefits, employee relations, and company policies
- Partners with HR Team to develop and implement company-wide people programs and processes
- Proactively initiates and manages HR projects, initiatives and process improvements Coordinate and manage various aspects of on boarding and off boarding processes for employee transitions
- Advise, assist and follow-up with employees on company policies, procedures, and documentation
- Work closely with senior management to help Eze develop and adhere to company policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment law, immigration and other HR matters
- Proactively manages legal risk; ensures manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations
- Coaches managers on performance management issues and the creation and implementation of performance improvement plans
- Support all employees with day-to-day benefits-related areas that include maternity, paternity or other leave requests, retirement or pension administration and wellness benefits (medical, dental etc.)
- Work with other internal team members to reconcile payroll on a regular basis
- Exercise sound judgment, make decisions, and render advice in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
- On boarding and Exit Interviews.
Qualifications/Experience :
- 2-3 years in a HR role, hands-on experience with employee-relations, benefits administration, training and recruitment
- MBA degree with strong academic record.
- Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and research skills required.
- Must be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and driven, with the goal of exceeding expectations.
- High-level of proficiency using Microsoft office platforms.
- Able to manage multi-faceted projects to completion, multi-task, while displaying exceptional organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
- Experience working in a global team and with functions located across different time zones
