Role: Assist the design, implementation, and standardization of the Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits policies and processes at Fonterra Future Dairy Partners in order to ensure a competitive position in the market. Execute HR Operations at FFD which includes Payroll and Benefits administration; managing processes like transfers, attendance, time & leave management and implement and manage HRIS in order to deliver superior quality service to employees and maintain effective control of HR operations. Job Responsibility : - Monitors the effectiveness of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and FFD Strategy, coordinates implementation and provides guidance to corporate staff. - Works in collaboration with Head of HR on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs. - Manages the administration of rewards for staff, including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions related to salaried employees. - Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data and delivers innovative measurement and data analytics and deliver integrated solutions - Provide expert advice on all reward policy matters - Identify opportunities for improvement and develop appropriate solutions in line with the Total Reward strategy - Keeps apprised of state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. HR Operations : - Liaise with the finance team and the payroll company to process the month payroll - Collection of personal information - Laptop & GUID request - Prepare HR related letters (salary confirmation, probation confirmation, extension, resignation acceptance, promotion, transfer, service letter, visa letter) and any other letters for employee requests - Prepare and maintain HRIS (Employee Database) & Organization Structures - Coordinate with new candidates for joining formalities - Provide the ID card/Visiting card - Maintain employee files (physical and soft copy form) - Be the liaising point for all employee-related external queries - To check monthly payroll input & bank details for Management employees - Maintain time and attendance - Setting up exit interviews Salary Offered : Up to 12 LPA
