What you will be doing:

KRA:

- The person will be responsible for senior level recruitment, middle management level to junior role hires. Should possess knowledge of process and executive search firms, RMS is essential.

- Somebody who has done high volume recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Recruitment experience in the financial services industry is essential ( broking, asset management, banking, insurance, etcetera).

- Conducting Online assessment test.

- Onboarding of new Employees, their Joining formalities including maintaining of the Personnel file, bank account opening and statutory requirements of new joinees.

- Doing Employment Verification of new Joinees and Background/Address verification of Support Staff.

- Responsible for the end to end Recruitment process (for both our Indian and Foreign companies, from Indian as well as foreign sources).

- Coordinating for the interviews with the respective departments and if selected, complete the employment documentation.

- Vendor Management.
