- Responsible for creating job descriptions by outlining in detail all skills and qualities required and desired in an ideal job candidate.
- Responsible for screening all candidate profiles, seeking out only the most qualified candidate.
- Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments and work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Liason with professional organizations as well as search on job portals for the appropriate candidate.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with EZIRS leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- .Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-postmortems with interview teams and candidates.
- Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
- 80% working in NON IT and 20% working in IT
