Position Description :
- We are looking for HR Specialist who would have a good understanding of of SAP SuccessFactors, which is a critical part of our company's Strategic HR objectives.
- The focus of the role will be to support HR Projects and identify areas of improvement & risk where possible.
- The incumbent will work in close liaison with the HR team and key stake holders.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Update Employee Data in SAP for Employee life cycle events like Hiring, Promotion, Transfer, Termination, Rehire etc.
- New Hire and On-boarding Activities, employee profile and ID creation on SuccessFactors and dual maintenance in SAP
- Employee Data Management from Hire to Rehire activities using SAP and SuccessFactors HRIS
- Organization Management on SuccessFactors
- Weekly and Monthly Reports Creation for payroll inputs, employee headcount, employee bank and address changes, Compensation changes, Terminations, Organizational Changes from SAP and SuccessFactors
- Run reports for quality control as and when required
- Creating and updating quality trackers and execute process improvisation
- Handling Process Transitions with Stakeholder by connecting on biweekly, monthly basis
- Create and present Dashboard for Monthly Governance Calls
