About Client:

Our client is a leading business consulting and artificial intelligence services firm, looking to hire an Executive Hiring Lead for its Mumbai office. This is a team management role reporting into the Global Head of TA.


Own and manage the leadership hiring responsibilities for the client, within India and potentially other geographies too such as EU, US, Australia, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive the search forecasting strategy, process management, stakeholder engagement, leader onboarding strategy, etc.

- The incumbent should have excellent candidate management / engagement / relationship management skills from sourcing of CV till the joining phase

- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and build talent pools for current and future requirements

- Champion talent acquisition operational excellence, compliance, and diversity efforts

- Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy

- To anchor and liaison with internal & external stakeholders and consultants

Desired Candidate's Profile:

- Comes with 7-10 years of experience with a seasoned executive search firm/agency with a healthy understanding of tech

- Have strong hiring experience with strategic mindset and have exposure to innovative ways of sourcing

- Candidates from Analytics, AI, Consulting background will be preferred

- Soft skills required: stakeholder management, orientation with numbers, agility, ability to lead a small team
