Executive - Finance - BFS - CA/ICWA

The Role:

The finance Executive will report to the VP Finance/Group Controller of the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance of day to day Books of Accounts for Group Entities and sister concerns and will be responsible for presenting weekly and daily MIS to senior management and stakeholders. This is a high impact role with great visibility across various functions and the incumbent should have Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic & agile environment.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the overall accounting of the company.

- Neutralization of taxes within entities

- Supporting senior management in liaisoning with outside entities including banks and factoring companies

- Monthly Closure of Books of accounts (P&L, Balance sheet) using accrual accounting

- Responsible for Short term & Long-term Cash Planning. Cash flow forecasting and Cash Flow generation.

- Preparation of Monthly & quarterly MIS reports.

- Responsible for all Statutory Compliances and Annual fillings.

- Inter-company Reconciliations, vendor-customer reconciliations.

- Finalization of Books of Accounts.

- Managing and controlling AR (Accounts Receivable) & AP (Accounts Payable)

- Internal Controls implementation and adherence

- Responsible for all secretarial compliances.

- Assist in Finalization of Annual audits, Statutory Audit and Transfer pricing reports.

- Creation of financial KPIs and validation with the business plan.

Qualifications/Skill:

Required: The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant / ICWA with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience.

- Excellent Excel skills. The ideal candidate should have advanced Excel skills which include but are not limited to; pivot tables, v-look-ups, array formulas, conditional formatting, tables and advanced charting (incl. graphs). Macro capability preferred.

- Knowledge and understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Hands on experience of working on Quick Books
