Executive Director - Technology

Role and Responsibilities :

- Build a World class Engineering Team, inculcate culture of innovation and global delivery

- Senior-level stakeholder management

- Responsible for overall design and architecture

- Develop an engagement and motivated team of employees with a strong focus on staff development

- High Quality on time delivery and in budget

- Manage/handle multiple critical projects

- Maintaining good and influential relationship with peers

- Communication with management, peers and business

- Drive the software engineering standards and best practices across organization

- Part of India management team

Qualification criteria :

- Women candidates preferred

- Should have experience working in IT Product Organizations and building products

- BSc degree in Computer Science or B Tech / M Tech

- Proven success deploying a DevOps pipeline and automation tools in mainframe and/or distributed environments

- Formal qualifications in project management or service delivery, e.g. PMP, Prince2, ITIL

- Visible engagement with the external technology community - published articles, conference presentations, open source contributions, etc.

- A strong track record of talent management and retention in India
