Position Overview:

- Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy & Development/Growth professional to lead our strategic planning and business development initiatives.

- As a pivotal member of our executive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, and enhancing our competitive position in the industry.

- This role demands a dynamic leader with a strong background in strategic planning, consulting, market analysis, and business development, ideally within the aerospace or a related high-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and initiatives that support growth, competitiveness, and profitability.

- Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging threats.

- Drive strategic business development activities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, from identification through to integration.

- Collaborate with senior leadership across all business units to ensure strategic alignment and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain a high level of industry expertise, including trends, technological innovations, and regulatory changes.

- Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking throughout the organization.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of strategy and business development professionals.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading business school.

- Prior consulting experience with Tier-1 consulting companies in aerospace, aviation & related sectors is highly preferred.

- Minimum of 12 years of strategic planning and business development experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that have driven growth and improved competitive positioning.

- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in the aerospace, defense, consulting or a related high-tech industry is strongly preferred.
