Designation : Executive Director - Sales
Reporting to : Group President
Department : Sales - Exports
Job Purpose :
- Direct responsibility for topline / revenue achievement. To retain and expand the export market designated.
Principle Responsibilities :
- Planning and implementing sales strategies and guiding teams to achieve sales in the assigned region
- Manage business operations encompassing customer relationship management, market analysis, development of new markets and market segments.
- Ensure Timely execution of orders by coordinating with PPIC, Shipping and Banking and Certification departments
- Aggressive approach & extensive travel - to achieve and retain dominant market share in respective countries.
- Track record of attaining consistent yearly growth both in terms of sales and revenues.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
WORK EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 20-25 years of experience in international marketing preferably in process food (Meat / Sea Food) exports
- Excellent knowledge of export markets. Good at formulating international market strategies and Brand building activities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma Marketing from premier institutes
