Executive Director/Partner - Sales - Quality Engineering Services

- Define the strategic direction for software testing services: test consulting, quality engineering, test delivery

- Support GTM / Business development for Testing

- Supporting presales activities

- Lead the account management initiative across domestic accounts / GICs

- Managing the service line financials across Revenue and sales

- Hiring Deploying and managing resources for testing

- Coaching, mentoring and grooming the testing team

- Monitor the firm and program level risks and plan for mitigation

- Ideating and Supporting the test assets creation and development of services for the next gen testing

- Measure and monitor testing service level metrics such as target adherence, profitability, utilization

- Experience and Knowledge on Test consulting, test process models would be a huge advantage

- Managing large test deliveries in the International / Domestic geographies

- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery

- Estimate the testing effort by analysing the requirements of project.

- Define and implement Test Strategy
