Responsibilities:

- Internal Audit & Risk Management with hands-on experience in formulating & implementing Risk Based Internal Audit Methodology, establishing new audit systems, policies & procedures, testing key controls, performing investigations & supporting special projects with focus on accomplishing organizational goals & objectives.

- Heading Internal Audit and Risk Advisory division for all risk based internal audit, due diligence assignments and leading a team of qualified and semi qualified chartered accountants

Risk Management:

- Responsible on Risk Management framework assignments focusing on the areas of risks, importance and value to the organization and development of their strategic internal audit plans based on the outcome of such Risk Assessment exercise

- Conduct process understanding and documentation through process walkthroughs, capturing 'as-is' process and developing 'to-be' process narratives

Design Risk Management Framework:

- Mega/major process mapping, Developing RACM & Risk Registers and Prioritization & Mitigation plans for Top risks
