About the Client:

Our Client is a JV of a renowned Financial Advisory firm and a UK based private forums providing firm. They are engaged to develop a strategic plan to advance the organizations mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability and growth.

Details about the Position:

Position: Executive Director

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- Experience in strategic planning and execution.

- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.

- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.

- Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices. Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a business plan to advance the organization's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth in India.

- This will include membership development & management; development and execution of conferences, workshops and round tables; delivery of research & educational programs and implementation of a membership communication channel.

- Oversee company operations and delivery to insure quality of service provision, production efficiency and cost effective management of resources on a daily basis.

- Plan, develop and implement strategies for building out a robust and loyal membership community of the business owning families, family offices and significant private investors in India.
