Structuring 1. Improve forecasting process - Comply with APAC requirements (format, timing) - Implement & Drive Standard Work around FC submission 2. Implement & manage APAC Funnel Management process within the India commercial team - Implement Funnel Management Process & integrate into Asia Pacific reporting schedule - Conduct monthly funnel reviews to develop funnel health and growth - Manage India bowler to track performance against targets & drive to root cause action planning where necessary- Visual Management Boards. - Will be trained by APAC commercial team for deliverable on point 2. 3. Target setting - Refine annual regional targets based on regional roll-up (bottom-up). - Align targets with APAC targets - Conduct routine business reviews with General Manager/Leadership Team
