Executive - Business Development - Media

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- This is a live audio chatroom product, you have to identify the agencies/media planners in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Region/ markets, reach out and onboard them under the Ludo Star Clubs agency network

- You will establish and manage agency relationships to drive sales & adoption for the above region/countries

- Aligning host and agencies around their performance by using Data Dashboards of their performance and sharing the same with them

- Engage with Agency Users/Hosts and train them about our application

- Weekly/Bi-weekly training and sharing of updates with both the agencies and their hosts

- Understand the cultural nuances of specific countries/regions and the target audience.

- Communicate with top agencies and their hosts, collect feedback and use insights to drive growth

- Replay community feedback in a structured manner to relevant teams and collaborate cross -functionally with product, marketing and support teams

- Work on new ways to scale our user base and connect with new people.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Should have experience in Audio/Video Live streaming applications (Preferably in Yalla, Uplive, Ahlan Live, Mico, Bigo Live and others in MENA Region).

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English language

- Great interest in social media (especially Live Streaming) and familiarity with the fast-changing nature of social media.

- Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)

- Ability to analyse the implications of online communications and messages

- People Management experience (Preferred)

- Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solver.
