Since its inception, Adagrad has focused on developing world-class expertise in the development and deployment of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP) based AI solutions. This has resulted in multiple engagements of medium to large value for clients across the globe.

We- re seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. The person will report to the Managing Director.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities

- Reach out aggressively to professional networks and research online to continuously grow and follow up on the pipeline of prospects.

- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

- Develop a sales plan to help meet individual sales targets, in consultation with the Managing Director.

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel

- Add/Update and track sales pipeline information on the CRM.

- Actively participate in regular reviews of targets and pipeline status conducted by the Managing Director

- Team player and experience in working with lean teams; able to efficiently work with cross-functional colleagues to achieve results

- Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (Computer Science is a plus).

- Master's degree in Business is preferred.

- Successful track record in B2B client acquisition roles and negotiation

- Exposure to sales in US and European markets would be a plus.

- Experience with using CRM software.

- You should understand emerging technologies & trends like Cloud, Analytics, usage of AI/ML - to initiate the right conversations with C-suite professionals.

Salary Compensation:

Salary Compensation would be a mix of Fixed and Variable Pay. The variable part would be dependent upon performance and experience of the candidate.


Salary offered: 6-10LPA
