- Demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge and judgment and have the ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues.

- Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem-solving technique. The same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions.

- Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting framework (US GAAP, Other Domestic or IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters

- Demonstrate expertise in using Ernst & Young Global Audit Methodology to perform an assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards

- Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes and recommend possible solutions. Prepare and deliver management Letter to be provided to the client

Qualifications

- Qualifications: CA

- 1 -3 years of post qualification experience

- Expertise in auditing and accounting standards, methodologies, statutory audits, Indian GAAP, and exposure

- Should be able to manage independent relationships with clients and focus on business development, planning & managing assignments and managing teams.

- Previous Big 4 / listed firm experience would be preferable.

Salary Offered: 7 - 10 LPA
