Executive Assistant to Vice Chairman - Marketing - IIT/IIM/XLRI/NIT - Pharma

Role : Executive Assistant (Marketing) to Vice Chairman

Responsibilities :

1)Analyzing current sales & marketing statistics & identifying gaps

2) Recommending strategic sales & marketing initiatives + monitoring & reporting to CEO about the progress of strategic initiatives .

3) Facilitating Senior Management in Sales & Marketing initiatives to be taken - for smooth, effective & time-bound implementation of actions

4) Developing & presenting critical paths of new product development projects.

5) Business Analysis

6) Providing timely & data-backed analyses, scenarios, models for use by CEO in discussions

7) Generating data-based insights for the Annual Business Planning & Budgeting exercise for Marketing

8) Developing Business Cases, Research Dossiers, need-based analyses for Senior Management

Candidate profile :

1) MBA(Marketing) from Premier Institute( IIM,MDI,SP Jain, XLRI) + Engineer from Premier Institute ( preferably IIT/NIT - from core streams- Mechanical/ Metallurgy/Production )

2) Thorough understanding of product range of the company

3) Research & Analysis Oriented

4) The candidate will be required to recommend, implement, execute & deliver marketing strategy for the company.

5) Direct reporting to Vice Chairman

5) The Candidate will be required to travel PAN-India to Company's Factory/Office Locations whenever required.
