EA to VC & ED (Business Analyst) - Manage professional and personal scheduling for VC&ED, including agendas, mail, email, calls and other logistics - Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning, scheduling meetings, conferences and teleconferences as well as participating in Executive meetings, document MoMs - Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management - Help prepare various documents, financial statements, and meeting notes, etc - MIS preparation, Building reports and dashboards, Analyse data and share business insights with the executive - Preparing PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external meetings , conferences, investor meetings - Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business Skills and Qualifications : - Education : Post Graduation, MBA candidates preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skill - Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail - Strong & proven business acumen - Support & facilitate VC & ED's communications & presentations. Manage all strategic communication from the VC & EDs office. - Carry out research & analysis and synthesize & share reports, as required. - Optimise the Office of VC&ED by managing his calendar as per priorities. Discuss with VC & ED & plan the work week as per business priority areas - 2-8 years of experience, working in a business focused role
