Executive Assistant To Plant Head (4-6 yrs)
You will work very closely with a widely travelled and IIT Kanpur Plus ISB MBA
- Assisting/supporting Plant Head in decision making process, by quality analysis of different MIS, Business Reports.
- Liaise with International customers and Partners and followup on critical discussions
- Run various projects to help improve quality process improvement AND productivity
- Interact with all the functional heads for necessary inputs
- Assist in critical hiring leading to quality analysis.
- Coordinating and Supervising Data/Information requirement from Units/Corporate / Group / Multi-Departments.
CANDIDATE:-
- BE/B.TECH (preferably Electrical Engineer) & PG IN MANAGEMENT (From good institutions) with 4 to 6 years of similar & quality experience with growing manufacturing groups/ Corporates pref.with international operations and known for latest in Technology, Processes, Automation, Certifications, reporting etc.
