Executive Assistant To MD - Oil & Gas Sector

- Support to MD in strategic activities 

- Business Management & Project Management Reviews

- Weekly Dashboard : Preparation of Dashboard on KRA's by collecting data from various departments for MD

- Monthly review meeting : Review meeting is conducted on a monthly basis by collecting data from all the departments. Meeting will be attended all the head of departments along with MD

- All R&D works are being monitored in a single sheet and all updates on developmental activities to be sent to MD

- To Report to MD all new projects identified with feasibility reports and also to update the current status on existing projects.

- Traveling with MD l across India and Outside India.
