Executive Assistant to MD - Manufacturing

Preferred Candidate - B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) + PG from Tier I Management Institute

- Support the day to day work of the Managing Director

- Supporting management in execution of strategy discussed in Team meetings and bringing it to fruition

- Incorporating and executing feedback resulting in Process streamlining, increasing efficiency

- Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organization's policies and objectives

- Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners

- Working with leaders for implementation of business plans

- Providing critical insights by analysing the available database/MIS
