Role: EA to MD Location: Noida Role & Responsibilities: - Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including Government/semi / quasi authorities on all matters pertaining to the Office of MD. - Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the MD including managing the calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing, and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. - Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Chairman's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management. - Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Chairman, with Board members, team members, and others on various matters. - Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response against the same. - Uphold a strict level of confidentiality - Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff. - Works closely and effectively with the Chairman to keep him well informed of upcoming meetings, commitments and responsibilities. - Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Chairman's ability to effectively lead the company.
