OBJECTIVE:
Develop quick understanding of the business environment.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Prepare the MD for meetings by researching, organizing and proof reading all documents that will be present in the meetings.
- Monitor and report the progress on the last reviews.
- Conduct constructive background searches and find synergies on potential businesses
- Update on Economic & Industry activities including financial results of competitors and major players.
- Analysis of the business results and provides information to MD with variance analysis.
- Interact with key stakeholders, department heads etc. to gather data/information for analysis and meaningful decision-making process.
- Prepare, proof read and edit all outgoing correspondence including letters, press releases, proposals, news-letters and marketing materials.
- Compile correspondence and reports on behalf of the MD.
- Company Policies and Procedure.
- Assist MD in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews.
- Review and follow-up the business plans for each of the businesses with variance analysis.
- Monitor and report progress on the business plans. Highlight risks and delays.
Required skills:
- Candidate with 2-3 years of experience post MBA (Finance) [Tier-I institute only], worked as business assistant to top executives, preferably Managing Directors of large Corporate.
- Also good at Communication interpersonal skills, Analytical ability,Organising skill & Time management, Customer Orientation, Attention to details, Presentation skills ,Ready to travel, Work late hours, Integrity & confidentiality.
