Executive Assistant to Managing Director - Warehousing Company - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

Purpose of the Job:

This position will be a key role, supporting the work of the company. at the most senior level &reporting to Managing Director The candidate will work directly for the MD's office and will be part of core business team, therefore the ability to organize and prioritize business task is important. He will have to demonstrate experience of working at a similar level and proven experience to handle senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):

- Work closely with the MD for Business related reasons & assist, help and deliver for Business Presentations

- Provide support for designing business strategy, and creating and managing operational plans & to provide /research ground materials/literature on various Business related matters

- Ensuring satisfaction of external customers by continually monitoring operational effectiveness and by personal interaction with customers and making branches to act on the customer feedback on need for improvement.

- Should be able to build excellent relationship with internal Leadership team and understand their priority and satisfy them with excellence

- Data Analytics role: Should be able to generate reports and support them with recommendations Strong financial acumen to manage business growth and opportunities

- Execution of Business IQ to understand expectation of internal members of organisation and external customer would be ideal player for this role

- Should have experience in Managing ambiguity and have proven records to overcome those challenges

- Individual contributor role

Required Job Specifications:

Educational Qualification: Graduate with MBA/PGDM from premier B-Schools is must.

Specific Skills:

Excellent Presentation & Data Analytics skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Clear understanding of Business model

Shows knowledge in company business and proficiency in the strategic segments

Should be a self-motivator and manage ambiguity effectively

Should have managed sales as revenue generating role with operational acumen to manage the Zone.
