The role necessitates close working with the Managing Director along with respective business leaders in order to achieve strategic objectives. The role requires multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The role provides exposure to diverse challenges facing senior management. - Assist &amp; coordinate the strategic planning exercise - To monitor tasks delegated by the Managing Director to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines - Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables - External &amp; Internal interface on behalf of the Managing Director - Helping in business presentations &amp; tie up with internal &amp; external stakeholders. - Business data analysis and Assist the Managing Director with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions - Should be amazing at follow-ups and understanding discussions - Will be part of every meeting/discussions and will personally make sure that all pending items are followed up / MIS is made and gets things done - Will do as hoc work in areas of business planning/marketing/ coordination etc Proficient in MS Office(ESP PowerPoint and Excel) About Exicom Exicom is a power Electronics Company engaged in designing, engineering and manufacturing of DC power solutions for various vertical markets with Telecom being the largest of it.
