Job Description Executive Assistant

1. Regularly monitors Technical reports & assisting to the MD about the progress of efficiency/outcome of employees, strategic initiatives, business performance, and key performance metrics and highlights significant deviations along with follow up and completion of departmental work plans.

2. Monitors performance, key metrics, and identifies areas of improvement and business process transformation. Concluding qualitative analysis of data and produce actionable reports.

3. To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the MD.

4. Working closely with the Top Management to track and review all the business verticals of the organization. Perform daily, weekly and monthly business reviews and analysis of current processes.

5. Assist the Management in reviewing, analyzing & summarizing business information and technical reports. Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights opportunities for improvement. Take on diverse research projects for internal and external analysis.

6. Formulating business plans through business analysis, collating data and preparing reports/presentations, MIS and operating plans. Define scope and objectives to parallel strategies.

7. Conduct analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. Making strong follow up with the concerned HODs relating to any deviations to processes/ standard.

8. Independently managing the creation, preparation, and regular updation of Business Dashboard desired by the Management. Assist in execution of senior management planning & review process.

9. Regular follow up with the respective SBUs, and business locations for required information and reporting to the Management.

10. Ensuring alignment and healthy relationships with stakeholders and communicates on behalf of MD. Handle communications / urgent responses as and when required. Think critically and offer solutions to problems.

11. Maintaining appointments schedule & providing backup support by arranging & maintaining calendars, arranging and prioritizing appointments, organizing meetings, events and conferences.

12. Efficiently provided administrative/secretarial support as well as well as addressed a range of administrative issues in the various departments of the group.

13. Expert hand in using all modern gadgets for maintaining all international contacts in assisting the MD. Getting Video & Audio Conference & Meeting arrangements done in the most organized way.

14. Handgrips National and International travel arrangements; making of business travel itineraries for tickets, visa & hotel arrangements.
