Executive Assistant To Managing Director - Financial Advisory Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Delivering business analytics and technical support to the Managing Director, which would include preparation and analysis of different MIS / Reports etc.

2. Maintain a robust reporting mechanism and system for various business reports.

3. Analyzing various reports from internal and external stakeholders to present a snapshot and provide strategic inputs to the Business Head

4. Proactive data analysis & forecasting implications of key indices on plant performance & provide inputs to develop plans to counter the key challenges & risks

5. Work closely with department heads and prepare annual plans, short term & long-term business strategy documents etc

6. Spearheading various initiatives across the BU

7. Plan, prepare, track and monitor various Business policies/ X matrix/ BU level Initiatives

8. Establish, build and maintain an effective working relationships with HOD, internal & external stakeholders etc.

9.Generation of Informatory Reports for decision making and coordinate senior management presentations

10. Prepare relevant Presentations /Executive Summaries for various reviews, meetings, awards etc.

11. Participate in budgeting activities
