Executive Assistant To Managing Director - Construction Firm

Overview : The ideal applicant will have the ability to exercise judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications : B.E. / B. Tech + MBA from Tier 1 B-school (IIM preferable)

Experience : 1- 4 years

Good understanding of corporate finance

- Confident in interacting and following up with Senior Executives

- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint,)

- Creating MIS reports as per Business requirements

Responsibilities :

- Support MD in various review meetings (Quarterly review meetings, Special project reviews, BD reviews) part of Strategy Planning exercise and support in preparing annual strategic plans

- Work with MIS team to monitor and highlight operational performance of projects

- Analyze and provide insights on financial performance and propose corrective actions

- Work along with the team in preparing annual projects budget

- Provide day to day support to MD in preparing - reports, presentations, communication notes for internal and external stakeholders

- Conduct various strategic analyses from time to time to assess the strategic positioning of the company. Undertake various strategic projects from time to time to effect the organizational changes desired by the MD.

- Regular interaction with Business Units and Departments Heads on business related issues and maintaining necessary flow of communication to and from MD
