Executive Assistant to Managing Director - Building Material Industry

Executive Assistant role who would work directly with the Managing director to enable decision making via financial modelling, analysis, due diligence, budgeting, forecasting etc.

Description:

Preparing financial models from scratch for potential acquisition and expansion opportunities. This will go on to presenting business cases to senior stakeholders. The incumbent plays a critical role in long-term financial planning, supporting modeling around company strategy, key performance indicators, and supporting M&A transactions.

- Taking care of the entire budgeting cycle & presenting variance analysis to the management. This will also involve financial analysis & review of MIS

- Taking part in the strategic decision making of the firm. This will include identifying & evaluating opportunities to create a positive impact on both the top line & the bottom line of the firm

- Analyzing competitors and reporting key issues on the same

The Successful candidate:

The ideal candidate will be an MBA with 2 to 5 years of experience post qualification.

- The candidate should have strong excel skills.

- He/she should be proficient in finance modelling, MIS reporting, making presentation, investor reporting etc.
