Secretarial Operations
- Handling mailbox including Screening, prioritizing, responding & redirecting incoming correspondence on MD's behalf with appropriate judgement. Updating on urgent matters/ highlights of each division
- Drafting high-impact correspondence, presentations, letters, memos and other documents on MD's behalf
- Managing complex internal/external meetings, preparing Agendas, taking minutes, follow up actions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Serve as the liaison with senior-level executives, key business stakeholders, departmental heads to ensure continuous and efficient operation
Business Operational :
- Formulating long term & short-term strategic plans to enhance operations in coordination with macro plans of organization; the industry trends.
- aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts, conserve time and boost efficiency.
Administrative Operational :
- Representing the MD in meetings, reviewing correspondence, arranging off sites and other events
- General Administration
- Communication on behalf of MD with group Companies
