The incumbent will project manage the strategic initiatives with Business Units and Business Enabling Teams. The incumbent will also engage in the creation and assimilation of the Group Guidelines and Policies. Position Requirements & Responsibilities : - Track budgets and business plans - Prepare and review financial reports/MIS for businesses with exceptions being highlighted - Work with teams to close the defined initiatives and open audit points - Gather and summarize market data - Reporting, reviews and dashboards to track Daily/Weekly/Monthly business/functional progress - Prepare high impact professional business presentations for stakeholders - Work with the teams to create commercial models like commission structure, margin sharing with teams on various proposals - new business initiative, incentives, increments, business awards - Take up special projects as and when required - Manage content and communication from the CEOs office Skills : - Execution and Project Management Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Tech Savvy - Collaborative and good stakeholder management - Well-groomed and presentable personality
