EA (strategic) to Founder - This is a strategic role as EA to Founder - To assist the Founder in business planning, target/objective setting, co-ordination with regional heads, gathering market intelligence, data crunching, business analysis etc. - Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies. Assist founder to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market - Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads - Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on business development and market landscape Work on special projects: - MBA/ CA/CFA with 2-5 yrs of experience in Real Estate with experience in a strategic EA to MD/CEO/founder or Previous experience in strategic or management consulting - An ability to manage multiple projects - Interpersonal and influencing skills are vital - Problem-solving and active listening - Excellent with numbers.
