Desired Profile: MBA / PGDM with reputed institute with min 3 to 6 years of relevant experience with strong analytical and asset management skills. Job Profile: This role is strategic in nature and the ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the Director. 1. Regularly interact with senior level management to get things done. 2. Coordinate with the leadership team across SBUs, hotel management teams, property heads and HoDs 3. Assist Director on special projects and help deliver on strategic, short term, and operational outcomes 4. Coordinate effectively to deliver reports and presentation on time and accurately for Board meetings, review and strategy meetings 5. Track KPI's, create performance Dashboards and MIS presentations 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations and build effective product offerings 7. Be ready to lead and deliver adhoc projects strategic to the organization 8. Support and collaborate with Property heads with the execution of key tactical initiatives. 9. Analyze, monitor, and prepare business reports on Hotel performance and Hospitality sector overall. 10. Draft documents, policies, research, analyze, bounce ideas and initiate discussions 11. Drive change by exploring and rolling out new processes and systems 12. Interact with stakeholders and coordinate with relevant teams to address their issues
