- Complete Business analysis & providing strategic support on regular basis & update to MD/ top management on key issues.
- Making & submitting sales variance analysis on monthly basis that includes weighted avg. selling price & volume variance against budget.
- Product portfolio analysis by calculating gross margin vs Volume of each product line
- Making market presence report quarterly basis to evaluate the potential zones, comparison of avg. selling price & volumes against competition
- Making dealer's margin cushion report against the MRP to evaluate dealers earning potential.
- Dealer's growth/de growth report on quarterly basis, tracking receivables on key payment issues.
- Understanding the Business and implementing new reporting Dashboards and road maps for assessment of potential business impacts
