EA to the Corporate Audit Head Location - Mumbai Experience - 12-15 yrs Qualification - CA, good verbal communication &amp; personality. Prior work-ex in internal audit (manufacturing) essential. Willing to travel 50%-60% of time in India as well as overseas To provide a comprehensive, efficient, professional and flexible administrative and secretarial support service to the Audit Head (Corporate) Your Role - Extensive diary management to ensure that opportunities, geography and business priorities are maximised, reorganising appointments as required; - Professionally fielding and dealing with calls; - Copy typing and production of Financial statements, quality reports and proposal documents involving formatting, creating graphs and diagrams from scratch while adhering to brand; - Organising events and managing budgets accordingly including client entertainment, staff and Partner social events and social committee proceedings; - Processing of invoices, time and expenses using SAP; - Smartnet admin/maintenance - the client contact database from which publications/events can be mailed to contacts on behalf of partners and managers; - Distribution of post to allocated Partner/Managers, actioning, if required, in their absence; - Organising and setting up facilities for meetings, video and telephone conference calls both internally and externally;
