Executive Assistant To CMD - Business Analyst - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

1. JOB OBJECTIVE

This role works across the organization to ensure that the Company operates intelligently and strategically.

2 JOB PROFILE:

- Analyse business performance of various businesses and give inputs to CMD

- Monitor various projects on behalf of CMD & maintain tracker & update regularly.

- Initiatives on cost saving & business excellence

- Study current scenario on what is happening in domestic/international market in sectors we are present in.

- Represent CMD in various forums as & when directed by CMD

- Evaluate new business plans in terms of feasibility and alignment. Share report with CMD

- Respond independently on behalf on CMD from his office after taking inputs from him.

- Support in mergers and acquisitions
