Executive Assistant to CMD

- Developing the economic case, on behalf of the Chairman, for the Government to mandate local sourcing of power plant equipment for all UMPPs and State owned projects, thus facilitating significant competitive advantage to the organization.

- Develop and implement systems to monitor and analyze competition in the EPC power space

- Ensuring smooth resolution of all issues addressed to the Chairman

- Client complaints: identifying client concerns, improve redressal action turnaround with Business/Operational Heads, advise the Chairman accordingly for personal intervention

- Stakeholder management: address and close out all crucial stakeholder issues such as employee whistle-blowing, local stakeholder grievances, vendor complaints and shareholder concerns

- Lawsuits: facilitated resolution of two critical lawsuits by coordinating with the company's legal team

- Provide strategic inputs, compile and prepare Client Aide Memoires and compendia of strategic information to aid the Chairman in C-suite level interactions

- Identify and organize strategic meetings of the Chairman with clients, JV partners, competitors and key Government decision makers
