Role Overview: The Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative, and development support to the CMD, and serves as liaison to the senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Special Initiatives
- Manage and support key initiatives from CMD's Office - either independently or in close coordination with Executive Leadership team.
- Financial and Business analysis
- Co-ordinate with senior management and update CMD of progress on business as usual and projects out of CMD's office
- Prepare analysis of various SBU's and Functions (HR, Sales, Marketing etc.) and escalate issues requiring immediate attention to the CMD
- Decision and Governance Support to the CMD
- Provide first-level of problem-solving on top of mind issues for the CMD
- Synthesize current status and prepare preliminary action steps in key areas of the business
- Complete pre-work for CMD meetings and set agendas for his interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Feasibility studies of new ideas and projects
- Help in driving reviews and overall organization governance for CMD's office - Point of contact for the CMD's Office for various Industry Forums and external stakeholders
