Job Objective :
- The Executive Assistant would be responsible for providing comprehensive support to CHRO
- This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities on behalf of the CHRO.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CHRO to facilitate efficient decision making.
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
- Assess inquiries directed to the CHRO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
- Act as a project manager for high level, cross functional projects as assigned by the CHRO
Educational Qualification: MBA preferably specialization in HR (full time)
