Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for HR and business functions.
- Work on special projects as requested, which might require making in-roads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, etc.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key HR and business outcomes.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, retention, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to HR leaders and business stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modelling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in HR, leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams.
- Must obtain strong working knowledge of multiple reporting tools used for production and ad hoc reporting.
- Provide day-to-day strategic support Group CHRO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.
- Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
Desired Candidates:
- Experience in people Analytics or a similar role in HR or data analytics.
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus.
- Background in human resources, organizational behaviour or psychology is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Click, Optimizer, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and critical thinking skills.
