1. Manage CHRO Calendar and meeting schedules.
2. Ensure productive outcomes of the meeting discussions by tracking MOMs.
3. Program Manage all business critical strategic HR Projects driven from CHRO's office.
4. Create a cycle of reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and enable impactful discussions with all business HR Heads & BCOE to ensure the annual agenda is executed appropriately.
5. Analyze the performance trends and report any deviations from target plans.
6. Prepare analysis/reports for various stakeholders - for instance Quarterly decks/ presentations for reviews with CXOs & Business HR/ COEs.
Skills Required
- MBA in HR/ General management with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Understanding of HR & HR concepts will be plus.
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven expertise in Stakeholder Management
