Executive Assistant To Chief Of International Operations - Consulting Firm

- Work with CIO and Assist in preparation of Business Strategy & Business planning for international geographies

- Long term strategy implementation with milestones and business plans

- Study and monitoring of key trends related to the external environment/ Markets/Competition and its implications on businesses globally

- Process Improvements - Work with Logistics, Finance, Product & Customer Care

- Teams and identify process improvement areas with team in India and across global subsidiaries

- Monthly Sales Dashboard & Budgeting Tool Implementation

- Assisting the CIO in necessary scheduling of meeting and updating him with the progress on action points.

- Business Planning & Reviews - Ensure timely completion of all reviews & presentations - Internal

- Business Reviews & Planning - Ensure IO readiness with timely & quality output (presentations / data) for all external requirements / reviews

- On the job learning - Take up additional projects outside the job profile to enhance skill set

- To work on Ad- Hoc projects and in CFT's as and when required

- Build working relationships with CEOs and Leaderships of the International Subsidiaries

- Develop an understanding of the nature of challenges and opportunities in the global subsidiaries
