Executive Assistant to Chairman - Strategy Role - IIM/MDI/XLRI/FMS/TISS

Urgently looking for a Executive Assistant to Chairman its strategic role based at Mumbai with one of reputed group of companies. Candidate must have similar experience of least 4 to 5 years in EA role worked with good reputed company. We need people who are previously or currently reporting to Chairman of the company only. Candidate must be MBA from Tier I institute only.

Job Description :

1. Analyses various reports received by the Chairman's office and provides him summary reports for same.

2. Regularly monitors & reports to the Chairman about the progress of strategic initiatives, business performance, and key performance metrics and highlights significant deviations.

3. Assists the Chairman in business strategy through research, information gathering and data analytics.

4. Assists the Chairman in formulation and implementation of organizational policies, and review key action plans and its subsequent follow through for timely execution.

5. Monitors financial performance, key metrics, and identifies areas of improvement and business process transformation.

6. Analysis of the global market entry & growth strategies of leading competitors.

7. Co-ordinates with concerned officials, clients, and others to set up meetings, to obtain data and report the same to Chairman.

8. Communicates with relevant internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
