Executive Assistant To Chairman - Retail/Real Estate

- Support the promoter to ensure that company objectives are met and operations run efficiently

- Work closely with the Chairman and Senior Leadership Team and all stakeholders, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects & proposals

- Delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman's office

- Coordinate departmental reports & documentation; coordinate and take minutes for meetings

- Tech savvy to conduct research & analysis and create PPTs & reports on various projects & proposals

- Follow up & implement projects and programs; respond to queries, issue memos etc

- Maintain internal processes that support decision makers; coordinate resources to expedite workflow

- Ensure timely, accurate data management for correspondence/reports

- Well-travelled with excellent Communication & interpersonal skills especially with key stakeholders, high numbers acumen with ability to work with large data; strong time-management, organizational & multi-tasking skills
